About
In 2014, Sebastian decided to give up his previous professional career and together with friends, founded the humanitarian aid organization, CADUS, an independent aid organization that initiates innovative and sustainable projects focusing on need-based capacity building to help people help themselves.
The work of his organization was, from the beginning, characterized by “doing things differently”, from how the major aid organizations have been doing them so far. Humanitarian aid should, in his view, should be considered far beyond the actual disaster. Sebastian has been working as a paramedic for over 20 years. He has again and again been to the affected areas of disaster zones (such as Haiti, Indonesia, etc.) and has helped.
